What if I don't want to take deposits?

Totally fine — deposits are optional per room type. Turn them on only where no-shows actually cost you.

Can guests book multiple nights, or just single dates?

Multi-night stays — guests pick a date range, and pricing calculates automatically for the length of stay.

What if EcoCash isn't a guest's preferred payment method?

More payment options are on the way. For now, EcoCash covers the majority of Zimbabwean and regional guests.
